How to pay with KPay

StreamVoucher accepts two KPay payment methods. Both are confirmed in seconds and authorised inside your own KPay app.

KPay QR

Best when you're shopping on a computer, or on a second device.

  1. Add items to your cart and go to checkout. Choose KPay QR.
  2. A one-time QR code with the exact amount appears. It is valid for 15 minutes.
  3. Open KPay → Scan, scan the code, check the merchant name ([Your Company Legal Name]) and amount, then approve.
  4. The page confirms your payment automatically and your items are delivered.

KPay Request-to-Pay

Best when you're shopping on the same phone as your KPay app.

  1. At checkout choose Request-to-Pay and enter the mobile number or KPay ID linked to your wallet.
  2. We send a payment request for the exact order amount to your KPay app.
  3. Open KPay, review the request from StreamVoucher and approve it.
  4. Return to the browser — your order is confirmed and delivered automatically.

Stay safe

  • Only approve requests that match an order you just placed on streamvoucher.com.
  • We will never ask for your PIN, OTP or password by phone, email or chat.
  • Check the amount and merchant name before approving.

Something went wrong?

  • QR expired: open the order from Account → Orders and generate a new code. No money was taken.
  • Declined: check your KPay balance/limits and try again.
  • Charged but not delivered: don't pay again — contact us with your order number.
  • Refunds are returned to the same KPay account. See the Refund Policy.
